To become a volunteer you have to initially participate on the four week Mosac training course that covers personal development, signs and symptoms of sexual abuse, manipulation and the grooming process, understanding CSA within the family and an introduction to safeguarding children. On successful completion of the course, volunteers must attend specialist training for their role.

Helpline Volunteer | Advocacy Volunteer | Befriending Volunteer | Counselling Volunteer (Trainees must be on 2nd year Diploma training or equivalent) | Play Therapy Volunteer (Trainees must have recognised Play Therapy training or equivalent, or be in training with some experience of working with children)
Volunteers working for Mosac will receive: full induction, training, ongoing training, supervision, out of pocket expenses. We also welcome volunteers with skills and experience in office administration, fundraising and IT.
